Dental Receptionist/Patient Advisor to join our award winning practice
We are looking for an additional full time team member to join our award winning Dental Practice as a Patient Advisor. The Patient Advisor is the first contact point for patients and visitors to our practice. As part of the dental reception team the Patient Advisor role is to assist in the smooth and efficient running of the practice, show excellent customer care and communication skills, be good at working as part of a team, be able to deliver clear and accurate information with an excellent telephone manner.
The successful candidate will be required to work:
Monday to Friday including some Saturdays on a rota basis - all days are 10 hour shifts

Annual salary of from £20,000 - £22,000 for 4 days per week

COVID-19 Precautions:
You will be working behind a screen and all patients will be asked to wear a mask, have their temperature taken on arrival and wait outside or in their cars on arrival to minimise congestion in the practice. The procedures and protocols that were routinely part of safe delivery of dental care are already well developed and practiced at Devonshire House. With the COVID-19 pandemic, we have upgraded these routines to ensure that we are offering staff and patients the latest in safe dental environments. The risk of virus particle contamination is managed carefully in all areas of the building and surgeries.
