Creating happier, healthier smiles

We are supporting National Smile Month because a healthy mouth means a healthy body. Everybody deserves a healthy smile. A person’s oral health is a crucial part of their overall wellbeing and our mouth is so important to many aspects of our life. Because of this it makes sense to give our oral health the best care possible.

Looking after our oral health

  • Brush teeth for two minutes, last thing at night and one other time during the day, with a fluoride toothpaste.
  • Clean between your teeth every day.
  • Protect your smile. Cut down how much and how often you have sugary foods and drinks.
  • Visit a dentist regularly.
