We reserve the right to charge interest on accounts not settled within 14 days. Interest will be charged at 8% over current bank base rates.
Please note that we accept payment by cash, by cheque, or by credit and debit cards.
General Information
Our fees are calculated on the basis of the surgery time that we use for your treatment. We will add to this figure the cost of any laboratory constructed items that may be used to complete your treatment. Routine examinations and examinations for children are charged for at a reduced rate.
Our fees are reviewed annually and are currently from £280 per hour for examinations and planning. £320 per hour for treatment sessions, and £380 per hour for specialist implant surgery.
Please note that in order to protect our patients and our staff, we adhere strictly to the British Dental Association’s guidelines on sterilisation and cross infection control. These additional measures require that we spend a few minutes before the start of your appointment preparing the surgery for you.
We would ask that you inform us as early as possible if you find that you will be unable to attend an appointment. Given less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation, we reserve the right to make a charge for appointments that can’t be refilled. As a special extra service, we will make every effort to remind you that you have an appointment, but please do not rely on us to do so. Please help us to give you that reminder by ensuring that you inform us of any change to your telephone numbers and/or e-mail address. Please note that all failed appointments will be charged for at our normal hourly rate.
A charge of £10 will be made for completing insurance claim forms. |
